For a sheduler with multiple appointments for multiple people each day, the sheduler needs to have a specific layout. Can I change the layout of the sheduler? Currently in Xbase it is build as a browse. It should be possible to see if someone is available for new appointments when customers are calling. It should be very intuitive and fast to check this.
By using the sheduler in a timeline view, you can have all the appointments in one view. All appointments below each other. See the attachment for the look this could have.
In this view you can detect free time slots very easily.
